The interior design of Phnom Penh Hyatt Regency Hotel is full of Cambodian characteristics, seamlessly integrating the decorative styles of Khmer architecture. Hyatt Hotel has adopted a new technology that can not only preserve and restore existing buildings but also reduce the use of construction materials, human resources, energy and water required for new buildings. The hotel's design and management adhere to the international standards of the global Hyatt Hotel brand, and the hotel will be completed in 2020. The hotel has 250 guest rooms and will also offer a fitness center, a spa, as well as a rooftop swimming pool and bar, allowing guests to enjoy views of the Cambodian Royal Palace, the Mekong River and the Tonle Sap River up close.
